Why Pre-order?

We value the exclusivity and meticulous detail of our products. Our pre-order system allows us to create each piece with care and precision, from selecting each porcelain piece to hand-crafting it.

How often?

Pre-order opens once a month. During this period, in the SHOP tap, all previously ‘Out of Stock’ items become available for purchase.

Customization

We offer customization for each product, allowing you to add personalized text in handwritten script. Simply enter the text during your order if you’d like to add a personal touch. For full customization design requests, please reach out to us at info@mezzogiornoh.com.

Production

After pre-order closing, products enter production, which takes approximately 2 weeks. In case of delays due to material supply issues or quality inspection problems, individual notifications will be provided.
