Our products are pre-order based to ensure each piece is crafted with attention to detail. Due to the personalized feature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges if the item you received is defective. If you believe you’ve received a defective item, please reach out to us at info@mezzogiornoh.com with details of the product and the issue. Once we receive the returned product, we’ll thoroughly inspect it and inform you via email within a reasonable timeframe whether you qualify for a refund or replacement due to the defect. If eligible, we’ll replace the item or refund your purchase using the original payment method.
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at info@mezzogiornoh.com.
